Thanks to the SSL security protocol, your credit card information that you provide to our site is encrypted and sent to the bank and even we cannot access this information during this process.
www.hulpmedet.org does not store any of its customers' debit/credit card information in its system. For this reason, for your own credit card security, you must re-enter your card information at each order creation stage.
RETURN AGREEMENT
The donor has the right to withdraw from the donation within seven days after the donation without any justification and without penalty. In accordance with the 385 numbered tax procedure law general communiqué, the donor must send the invoice of the donation to our association by mail in order to make the refund transactions. The right of withdrawal period starts on the day the donation is sent to the account. The cost of the amount to be returned and the cost of returning the product or products must be covered by the Donor.
If the donor exercises his/her right of withdrawal, the relevant unit shall respond within ten working days at the latest upon receipt of the withdrawal notification. A decrease in the value of the received donation or the existence of a reason that makes the return impossible does not prevent the exercise of the right of withdrawal. However, if the decrease in value or impossibility of return is due to the fault of the donor, the association reserves the right not to return the donation.
For the return of the donation, the situation should first be forwarded to [email protected] e-mail address. The association will inform the donor that the request for the return of the donation has been received. After this meeting, documents containing information about the return of the donation are delivered to the association. If the conditions specified by the association are met, the return is accepted and the compensation is made to the donor's credit card/account.
Hulp Medet Intercontinental is an intermediary association in delivering donations. Donations that are used & spent in activities in accordance with the donor's request / conditional donation and in line with the request / conditional donation cannot be returned to the association.
Refunds made to Debit/Credit Card are under the responsibility of the relevant bank.
If the donation was made by credit card and in installments, the credit card refund procedure will be applied as follows: If the donor made the donation in installments, the bank reimburses the donor in that number of installments.
The installment donation amounts withdrawn from the donor's card until the cancellation of the donation, if the return date and the card's account cut-off dates do not coincide, 1 (one) refund will be reflected on the card every month and the donor will receive the installments paid before the refund for the number of months after the end of the installments of the donation and will be deducted from the existing debts. For recurring payment transactions, the right of withdrawal is 7 days from the date of the transaction for each month. No transaction can be made before this date. Upon request, transactions for the following months can also be canceled.
